AMY CHILDS claims her new reality show is not “set up” like The Only Way Is Essex.

The 21-year-old star – who quit the ITV2 series to appear in Celebrity Big Brother earlier this year – explained It’s All About Amy gives fans the chance to see “everything” about her, rather than just what the producers want them to see.

She said: “What I’ve loved about this series is you can actually see me. Whereas in The Only Way Is Essex you can’t. They set up scenes – me vajazzling, me spray-tanning – whereas this is me. This is my life.

“In TOWIE they set things up, ‘OK now talk about this’. But with this you can see my family and everything about me. I’ve absolutely loved it.

“You take the cameras anywhere you want to take them, but with TOWIE you couldn’t.”

However, the flame-haired beauty hasn’t ruled out a return to TOWIE in the future, admitting she could follow in the footsteps of Robbie Williams, who re-joined Take That this year after quitting in 1995.

Speaking at the launch of It’s All About Amy at the Soho Hotel yesterday (29.11.11), she added:

“I’m not too big for TOWIE – I’d love to go back to TOWIE one day, never say never. It’s like with Take That, Robbie left and then went back for a little bit.

“Obviously TOWIE made me and TOWIE was amazing, but it was the right time for me to go.”

It’s All About Amy airs on Channel 5 tomorrow night (01.12.11) at 10pm.
