Vishwanath is a teacher living in New York with his beautiful wife, Nirupama. She hires an investigator to discover if Vishwanath is hiding anything that could explain fissures in the relationship. In the course of his enquiries, the private eye is murdered by a terrorist cell led by Omar and his right-hand man, Salim. The group discovers Nirupama’s details in the private investigator’s belongings and takes her hostage along with Vishwanath.
