Sienna, who has been dating the Notting Hill actor since August, was reportedly left fuming after Rhys’ close friend Kate Moss snubbed her offer of help before a friend’s party.

The Layer Cake star has now told Rhys she is fed up of trying to fit in with his circle of friends.

A source said: ‘Rhys has felt a huge hole in his life where his friends used to be. He thought if he could swing Kate around he would be able to get his other friends back on side. He persuaded Sienna to call Kate the night before Davinia Taylor’s 30th birthday party and to ask if she needed any help.

‘He told Sienna it would really help if she called Kate. She refused at first, saying it would be a really unnatural thing for her to do.

‘But Rhys finally convinced Sienna. When she called and asked Kate if she needed help preparing for the party Kate laughed the offer off, patronisingly called her ‘a sweetheart’ and told her to have a good night.’

Earlier this week, it was revealed Kate and Sienna had a dramatic showdown at Davinia’s party over the Stardust actress’ relationship with the Welsh actor.

The 33-year-old catwalk queen was overheard warning Sienna she would have ‘an enemy for life’ if she hurt Rhys.

The source told The Sun: ‘Sienna looked mortified as Kate laid down the law, telling her not to hurt Rhys. Sienna feels humiliated and is furious with Rhys, Kate and the whole situation.’

Meanwhile, Sienna and Rhys – who are currently holidaying in Mexico City – are said to have had their first fight.

Rhys was left shocked when Sienna smashed a piñata – a papier-mache container filled with sweets – to pieces with a wooden bat because it reminded her of Kate.

A source said: ‘Sienna annoyed Rhys by being too enthusiastic when she hit the piñata. She made the mistake of saying it looked just like Kate. They made up in the end. He accepts his girlfriend never wants anything to do with Kate.’
