The Bond star has an unusual warm-up routine on set, his Golden Compass co-star Dakota Blue Richards has claimed.
She said: ‘One of the things I learnt from Daniel when I was doing The Golden Compass was that he jumps up and down to get the energy going before doing a scene.’
The 13-year-old actress also said after finishing the adaptations of Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials books, she is planning on leaving her acting career behind.
She said: ‘It could be good to have a career as successful as Daniel’s and Nicole’s, but I don’t want to just do acting. I’d quite like to be a supply teacher in a primary school actually.’
