The former model, who is attending a private five-day hearing at London’s High Court to finalise her divorce from Sir Paul McCartney, was also accompanied by her sister, bodyguard, chauffeur, a female friend and a solicitor.

Heather, wearing a grey pinstriped jacket and skirt, pink blouse and ankle boots designer by Paul’s daughter Stella, looked tense as she arrived an hour early for the hearing.

Heather, who is representing herself in the hearing after partying ways with her legal team last year, showed Judge Mr. Justice Bennett home videos of her and Paul, 65, together in a bid to show she was his “rock” during their four-year marriage.

The 40-year-old vegan is also believed to have screened a short video called Hunting Heather, which included footage of her being pursued by paparazzi, to support the argument that she and the couple’s four-year-old daughter Beatrice need 24-hour security.

Heather was given basic legal advice by solicitor David Rosen during yesterday’s hearing.

She is reportedly demanding a UKP50 million cash pay out, along with at least two homes, two nannies, medical cover, a personal trainer, household staff and a secretary.

Paul, who waved cheerfully to fans as he arrived 15 minutes before the 10.30am hearing, wants her payout limited to UKP10 million.

A source said: “He wanted a quiet, dignified divorce. He will make no concessions. She wanted her day in court. It gives Paul no pleasure going through this.”

Paul – who is being represented by Fiona Shackleton, the divorce solicitor who negotiated Prince Charles’ divorce from Princess Diana – also wants Heather to sign a confidentiality clause to preventt her from discussing their relationship in public.

Heather’s former publicist Phil Hall insists Heather is not interested in money and simply wants to salvage her reputation.

He said: “Money is not Heather’s motivation. She simply feels there was an injustice here, that her life was wrecked by her marriage to Paul. I think she can control her emotions and she will be cool, calm and focused in
court.”
