A new 4K restoration of John Carpenter’s spooky 1980 horror thriller, his follow-up to Halloween, opens in selected cinemas in time for this year’s All Hallows’ Eve. In 1880, the founding fathers of the coastal town of Antonio Bay sank a clipper ship, using the plundered gold to establish the community and build a church.
