In October 2009, the BBC Symphony Orchestra and Chorus performed Eric Idle and John Du Prez's 90 minute comic oratorio to celebrate 40 years of the comedy troupe Monty Python. This film of the sole European performance of the comic gem features William Ferguson as Brian, Shannon Mercer as Judith, Rosalind Plowright as Mandy and Christopher Purves as Reg.
