H Is For Harry (12A)

An 11-year-old boy attempts to better himself academically against a backdrop of intergenerational poverty in a coming-of-age documentary directed by Ed Owles and Jaime Taylor. A cheeky lad called Harry enrols at a secondary school in London and teachers discover that he cannot read or write. Dismissed by some as a lost cause, Harry faces an uncomfortable journey through the education system until an inspirational and dedicated teacher called Sophie intervenes.
