Some one exaggerated the original story and the url above is where you can find the true man and charges. They are similar, but he did not kill 56 women. He was a serial killer, but he did not kill 56 women. It's just as bad, but not as exaggerated! Someone reprinted the bulletin with various people's names to cause panic.
