Programming prodigy and information activist Aaron Swartz was one of the key figures in the development and policing of the internet. He helped to create the basic internet protocol RSS and was a co-founder of the social news site, Reddit. However, it was his work as a campaigner for social justice which brought him to global attention including his 2011 arrest for wire fraud and multiple violations of the Computer Fraud And Abuse Act. This documentary charts his extraordinary life.
