More than 25 years after its original release, William Friedkin’s seminal shocker is restored to the original and, some say, superior version. An additional 11 minutes of footage are included – featuring the legendary spider-walk sequence, a disturbing medical sequence which investigates young Regan’s symptoms and crucial scenes of theological dialogue. The soundtrack has also been remixed for the digital generation and extra sound effects added during key sequences.
