In the not too distant future, a cataclysmic war leads to the virtual destruction of mankind. A messenger called Eli holds the secret to civilisation's rebirth - a secret he guards with pride. One man, a despot called Carnegie, knows of this secret mission and he covets the treasure for himself, enlisting his henchmen to bring down Eli. However, the underlings are no match for the wanderer with his trusty blade.
