Documentarian Damon Gameau embarks on an experiment to only eat foods such as low-fat yoghurts, muesli bars, juices and cereals, which are labelled as ‘healthy’. In fact, many of these foods are laden with hidden sugars that can wreak havoc on the human body over time. In the process, the filmmaker shines a spotlight on the menaces that lurk on our supermarket shelves.
