She thinks she has hit the mother lode when she meets 32-year-old Alicja Dabrowska. The Polish woman is an aspiring actress, who claims to have a terminally ill partner and works part-time in a cinema. Determined to capture the truth about Alicja’s day-to-day existence, Katie invades her subject’s life and quickly realises the power she wields.
