Wealthy housewife Suzanne has an influential husband, Samuel, two children and a pretty house in need of repairs. So Samuel contracts handyman Ivan to do Suzanne’s bidding. An accident at the house renders Ivan immobile and the wife is racked with guilt, even driving the builder across the country so he is able to see his family.
