Fear Eats The Soul (12A)

On her way home from work as a cleaning woman, 60-year-old widow Emmi seeks shelter from the rain inside a Moroccan bar where immigrant worker Ali and his friends are enjoying a drink. One of the party jokingly suggests that Ali should ask Emmi to dance to the intoxicating Arabic music and he agrees. Friendship blossoms into something deeper and Ali moves into Emmi’s apartment.
