El Mar La Mar

Shot over a period of several years in the Sonoran Desert, this experimental documentary explores the day-to-day existence of people, who live in the vast wilderness which stretches across Arizona, California and Mexico. Stories of immigrants crossing the border under the cover of darkness, and hopefully avoiding night time patrolmen, are juxtaposed with anecdotes about monsters and mythological encounters.
